Our mission at Lake County Care Collective is to gather together care providers in accessible locations to offer integrated psychological, holistic, spiritual, and physical care. Our passion is to create a cooperative model that centers dignity, connection, shared healing, and collaboration with community partners to support whole-person wellness.

We are a network of independent business owners and healthcare providers working together from a holistic and integrative model. Our aim is to foster growth in the individuals we serve and to support mental and physical wellness in our community.
Our Services
Building from a core of mental health counseling and psychological wellness services, we hope to continue expanding services to support physical health and wellness through exercise, relaxation, group services, classes, massage, etc.
