Our Philosophy
Lake County Care Collective was created in response to a need for care that honors the emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual, and relational dimensions of life, while supporting providers in practicing ethically, sustainably, and humanely.
Too often, systems of care ask individuals to fragment themselves—treating emotional pain separately from psychological experience, bodily responses, relationships, culture, or spiritual meaning. Healing and growth happen most fully when emotional, psychological, holistic, and spiritual care are integrated—and when each person’s values, beliefs, and lived experiences are respected. Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in the understanding that healing is not linear, rushed, or one-size-fits-all.

As providers, we are often asked to work within structures that prioritize productivity over presence and efficiency over connection. Often we are forced to leave group settings in order to fully express our vision and to maximize compensation. Lake County Care Collective offers a different way. By offering independently licensed practitioners with their own business a supportive and collaborative space, marketing, and referrals, while simultaneously honoring autonomy, individuality, and the right to manage their business in ways that fit their values and priorities.
We are actively seeking like-minded partners who are skilled in their trades and passionate about full-person wellbeing and holistic care. We are offering partnership through rental space or through partnering in joining from your current location. Contact us to find out more.
